Green Onion, 1/4 Cup
Ponzu Sauce, 1 1/2 Tablespoon

- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 tablespoon ponzu sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced ahi tuna, avocado, green onion, ponzu, and sesame oil.
- Serve chilled.
Note: You can also embellish the recipe with sesame seeds, chopped cilantro, sriracha, jalapeno, furikake, fried garlic.
